Mimi Irvin is an award winning fitness competitor, pro-athlete and fitness coach She is also a sought after engineer by day, fashionista, product designer and STEM advocate.

Instructor lead High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) consists of alternating periods of intense aerobic and/or resistance training with recovery. You will push yourself to the max in short bursts with rest or low-intensity exercise between each set. HIIT classes are designed to build total-body strength and endurance in a short amount of time.
